Before starting my business, I spent 13 years at Johnson & Johnson across procurement, marketing and corporate communications. Today, I bring that operational perspective together with the very practical reality of running a one-person business myself.
I care about thoughtful systems, clear processes and smart technology—but I also care whether you'll actually still be using them six months from now.
Because I didn't leave corporate to build myself another j.o.b. that gets to dictate my life. And I don't think you built your business for that either.
How I Help
I start by looking at how your business actually works behind the scenes—the processes, systems, tools, client experience, and all the little things currently depending on you.
Sometimes the answer is better technology. Sometimes it's a better process. Sometimes the system you already have is perfectly capable and just needs to be used differently.
My job is to help you see what's creating unnecessary work or mental load, decide what actually deserves attention, and build practical support underneath the business you've already created.
